i also just got into demonoid on friday. i was so happy. i have been goiing to the site every day for almost a month.

What are you talking about, I have an account with torrent-damage and keep my ration high. I'm not a leecher for your information. I just wanted to know if this was a public or private tracker. Most public trackers have too many leechers so I try to avoid any public trackers like torrentspy. Just to let you know with private trackers you can't "hit and run" or you'll get banned. Duh..

cheers 4 the heads up Tupac, but just to anyone who is thinking of joining xbox-sky, its not very good, loads of hit and runners and consequently the torrents suck.

Xbox-Sky i would agree is OK at best. The region compatibility list for the 360 s about the only time i go there. Demonoid is lame and slow. torrentleech is one of the very best as far as their releases and their speed. Bitsoup was but they have really gone downhill. Blackcats is decent and they always have a very large selection to choose from. I think that just spending a little monet and getting a Rapidshare Premium account will save you both time and piece of mind. You get what you want fast and there is no need for a ratio. It is just people freely sharing things. It is very rare that you will not max out your connection speed getting files.
**special note about the above. I am of course talking about freeware software and not pirated material. How you choose to take it is up to you.
