Win XP Network ping/transfer OK cannot see

I have the following problem on the network of 2 desktop? PC, wireless connected via Router:
- I can ping each other using numerical IP addresses only
- I can ping #1 from #2 by name, but not vice versa
- I can access shared files but only using IP addresses 2-way, not computer names
- I can access #2 from #1 using name (like \\(server_name) )
- neither one cannot see the other under My Workgroup Computers
- I also tried playing a multiplayer game on network; #1 can connect to #2's server normally (auto detected), but #2 can only connect to #1's game using IP address (manually)
- Worgroup is the same, NetBIOS is enabled, all settings are identical on both computers, both can acces Internet, all firewalls are disabled, both using Win XP Pro SP2

What is the problem?
