Ive searched for some help but for some reason i can't find out the problem. My psp wont read any umds i put in there. The laser is working because when i open it up i see the red light and i can hear it moving inside. Im not very good at taking things apart so if any could give me some help i would appreciate it thank you.

A different part of the drive could be broken...you might need a new one...
