i have a psp that is at 2.71 and i want it to be at 3.03 oe-c. it is actually my brothers and my problem is that when i use the readme files that i got from someone online its not working. it worked fine on mine " i had 1.5" and successfully made it up to 3.03 oe-c but when i try his i go to the updater and then click X then the psp turns off for some reason. some plz help meeeeeeeee

Downgrade from 2.71 to 1.50, using this, then upgrade to 3.03 OE-C using this.
