Problem burning with nero after dvdshrink

I have noticed a trend lately. After I used dvdshrink and attempt to burn with Nero I get an error message saying that the a file is to big to burn using the ISO file system use UDF instead or something along those lines.

I was wondering if perhaps there is a setting I may have screwed up using DVD Shrink. I tested this theory to make sure it wasn't something else but I ripped a movie with dvd fab platnium the same way I did and used that to shrink the movie down and burned it fine. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Have you set the Target DVD size.

yes, however upon checking options, i have "split VOB files into 1gb chunks" unchecked, should I check this as it says it is recommended.
