hey guys sorry but im new to this whole psp scene. I have a psp with 3.11 on it and need help on which devhook version will work to load cso and iso games and programs. any help is much appreciated, and again sorry but im a newbie lol.

You can't run devhook or ANY other homebrew with your firmware.

None of these firmware's can run homebrew or anything.
