I have a modded xbox 1 and want to sell it, but I don't know where I can sell it legally, ebay won't let you, does anyone know of any other place to sell it?

I sold my modded psp and DS lite on ebay and no problems,just put it comes with emulators games,etc

i saw sumbody sellin a modded xbox on ebay. i think the trick is you gotta put in the description what is legal and illegal to do with it.
