what are those for, and which one should i have enabled to play homebrew, ime on 3.03 oe-c,

Just leave it on 3.03 kernal and put your homebrew in the game150 folder. That way it will play all the games.
3.03 kernal = homebrew in game150 folder
1.50 kernal = homebrew in game folder
