You could try using Gnie's Expert tool or even burning at a higher speed...at least 4X

Actually, when trying to boot newer games with Swap Magic 2.0, you may either need to boot a copy of Swap Magic 3.6, a TOC refresh or require the use of CD-loader/DVD-loader before you can successfully boot them. That's what I heard of anyway. Try those methods before burning anything else. I believe you're doing everything right but Swap Magic 2.0 simply isn't compatible with those games you are trying to boot which are recent games that have come out lately and aren't compatible with Swap Magic 2.0 but work with Swap Magic 3.6/3.8 coder.

There is but as far as me telling you where to get it is illegal. And besides, it's quite easy. Just make sure you get the proper Swap Magic ISO like you're using a NTSC Swap Magic 2.0 disc, and you will be booting the NTSC Swap Magic 3.6 disc, not a SM 3.6 PAL that's floating around.
