Cant find any loaders out there that run with the V3.40? Any advice?

sorry friend, your restricted to whatever your PSP manual tells you what you can do with it.

There are no loaders or even a downgrade for your firmware as of yet..We are only up to V3.03 right now-so it may be a while..You might want to consider trading your psp for one with a lower firmware-or pick up a used one to fiddle-faddle with...
