After ripping the DVD. I have to create a VIDEO_TS folder correct? Do I put every file from the rip into this folder then burn in with Nero or equalivant? Thanks.

That is correct. I find that the easiest way to do it. Create a VIDEO_TS folder and then rip into that folder and then burn that folder onto the new dvd.

Just beware of the overall files size, if the total rip exceeds 4.7Gb, then you will need to strip/compress it in order to reduce below 4.7Gb....

Using DVD2One or DVD Shrink.....

That would be around 4400MB for DVD Shrink and DVD2One if you are setting it manually.
