well just after posting this I found a way to get it.

Quick Tutorial
* Download PS3PROXY (http://dl.qj.net/PS3-Proxy-PlayStati...3056/catid/518)
* Open ps3proxy and click start
* Go to your ps3
* In XMB go to settings>network setting>network config (or whatever is similar i forgot)
* Press Easy, then manual settings and press easy till you get to "use proxy" say yes
* enter what the ps3proxy program on your computer told you to
* Continue on pressing easy or automatic
* WHEN IT ASKS TO CHECK CONNECT PRESS NO!
* Now that you are done, press OK on the ps3 proxy program
* Click enter URL in ps3proxy
Enter this URL (FULL)

* On your ps3 go to the ps3 store
* click to download ANY GAME DEMO (i did ridge racer 7 demo)
* click perform in background (you need 1.6 atleast to play this game)
* wait till the download is finished, then click install on the ridgeracer7 icon (or whatever game demo you downloaded)
let it install
* when installation is done, close ps3proxy and set all your internet connections back to normal

since when? i got it using the proxy program and ive been playing it without getting banned.

its not going to get yoyur PSN banned why? becuase the people actaly makin the game aer tryin to develop it more nyway they dont have time to ban people and LOSE potential money when it really comes out

well...i think you get one warning then ur banned...one of my friends said that he got a message that said a server admin had kicked him out...he said the next kick would result in a ban...my question is...do they ban the account ur using when ur banned? or ur WHOLE ps3 from using the psn? because...all anyone has to do is make a second account and so on...

dunno sounds a bit of bull tho, i havent got any messages and this is the first iv heard of a message, unless he was being a absolute tool on there and pissing people off
i think people are fine, they arnt goin to BAN you because they can get money from you when they shut down the beta servers and relesae the real game,
do you really think they are goin ot bam potenial customers/ money givers!

i pretty much agree with nax.
I did it and it does work.
just to be safe as possible though, I made a second account for it, just in case.

i got it make sure you use the url tab in the ps3 proxy or the program will freeze up

i got the message that the guy was talking about and it means u got kicked out of a game the host started randomly booting people because of a mic issue and i got the message servers are games it just means u cant join that game after a certain number of times

you obviously did something wrong because at that point you should have already downloaded it(except you technically downloaded something else, but when you go to install whatever you downloaded (like ridge racer 7 demo or what ever you used), it will install warhawk.

i put the address on proxy and it says "You must enter the URL to teh PKG file" WTF? i dont get it.... what am i doing wrong?

you can't just copy & paste the link shown above, as it is shortened.
right click it and select "copy link location", and then paste that into the url.

Yessss..I got it too work :) Nice job to whoever found the info on how to get into the beta. Very simple once you do it, now I just hope they don't ban me...
