Hi guys,
Still trying to backup a file the same one and i encode it through dycryter and soon as it starts to read i see the following error...

I/O error!

Thats what im seeing 2 options retry or cancel
Any idea what all that means guys coz it looks loike something out of the Apollo space programme all them figures. Any hel greatly appreciated

What program are you using to decrypt? dvd fab hd? or decryptor?

most of the time when DVD Shrink fails during analysis its because the dvd files are still protected, or the disc is scratched...

best bet is to try to use rip it for me or dvd fab hd and just do main movie or full with Vob Blanker..

Your drive appears to be having a problem with reading your disk, as shown here in the log:

ScsiStatus: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition

and

Interpretation Calibration Area Error

Your drive appears to be a Dell OEM running firmware version PDS3...
SONY DVD+-RW DW-D56A PDS3

Dell's site shows the current firmware to be at version PDS7, update the firmware, then retry the process (the error isn't a decrypter issue).

The drive isn't a very good one, I'd consider getting something better.
