I have a 4 gig, theres 389 MB left I wanna try and squeeze in 1 more Ps1 iso thats about 189MB which will leave me with 200 MB left, is that ok?

You can use up the entire memory stick. Why wouldn't you think it'd be okay?

Thought I heard somewhere that its best to leave about 200 MB free.

No, I don't think it matters. I only have like 10mb free on my 1GB.
