A drop of oil does wonders...

#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe
Whatever happens, happens...

as long as you dont go overboard with the oil-maybe just dip a pin or something in the oil and touch it to the screw area so as to lubricate a little...

Wish that you had waited to get a good set of screwdrivers?

Did you get the faceplate off yet? or are you waiting to get that one screw out first?
-is it the head of the screw thats stripped? or the threads?

more info please....

would you be able to pry the screw out with say a tiny flathead screwdriver-get under the screw and pop it out? If you can get the others out maybe when you are removing the plate just apply a little pressure there because if you stripped the screw head thats not good!! unless you can use the next size up screwdriver and put more torque on it so it will bite into the screw head.

If you want the new face plate that badly, just rip the damn screw out with a plier or something. it's stripped anyway, and you don't need every single screw to hold the psp together.
