Need Help Upgrading to 3.40 OE from 1.5

I have FW1.5 and whenever I try to put the custom 3.40 OE firmware on my PSP i run the program and it does some stuff but then it comes up with red letters saying my SHA1 thing is screwed up, and to try again. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I put all the files in the right places including the 150.PBP and 340.PBP files.
