first of all I wanted to thank you much for your time and business.
I got this Nokia as present and it is locked to Telia in Sweden. Could you help me to unlock it, please?

I guess it is asking for the PUK now.

PUK is code for sim card,not for phone.
Try other sim.
PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) -
What is a PUK?
PUK stands for Personal Unlocking Code ? it is a secret and unique code used to gain access into your phone after you have entered your PIN incorrectly more than 3 times.

And try other sim,its possible already unlocked.
And there isnt software,only hardware.
And-are you sure-your phone locked to Telia-Sweden?

I have tried another one but it says 'the telefon is restricted' , 'enter the finitecode' it is written in Swedish 'ange begränsningskod' I don't know if it makes sense. What could it be?

It could be-
WHAT "CAN NOT UNDO RESTRICTION" & "NOT ALLOWED" MEANS
When you have seen the message (Can Not Undo Restriction) or (Not Allowed), it means one of the following:
1.) You entered 5 or more wrong codes into your phone. Some models only allow 3 chances.
2.) The phone was bought off Ebay and the seller did the same as above. This may be why they sold it.
3.) You have browsed around looking at other peoples phones and assumed the code that worked for their model, would also work on yours. All IMEI numbers are different, which means every code for different phones will be different.
4.) You kept entering the same code over and over when seeing "code error" the first time. You should only enter a code ONCE!!
YOU ONLY GET 3 TO 5 CHANCES TO ENTER THE CORRECT CODE
And once more-And-are you sure-your phone locked to Telia-Sweden?

That is what the guy whou I got it from said. i have enterd the code twice not three times, ithink the phone had its own code and instead i entered sim code several timees that is why it was blocked.

And-this code is OK,if you data(IMEI,country,provider) is OK.
Its possible,phone was already hardlocked(you friend or...).

i think it could be unlocked now, and since the enterd code was the sim code not the telefone code that I waz asked to enter, it got locked. i don't know now wether my cel is locked or it is the provider's lock. One more thing, i din't see this 'Phone restrictions off' message at the end of the procedure. Should i try to unlock it the third time also?

Try othe sim first-if work,its unlocked.

When i turn it on with a free of code sim card, it says 'the telethone is restricted' and after pressing the only button availabe to press, Ihave been directed to this window where I am beeing asked to enter this damn 'enter begränsningskod' which i don't know what code code be.
