Nope, unless you have 1.5 and use devhook. But if you have 1.5 it's pointless to use devhook rather than update to custom firmware.

i myself have a 3.03 oe-c psp but im borrowing my friends 2.82 sony fw psp and he want it downgraded. I have the unpatched ISO of GTA LCS, but not the actual game. looks like im stuck then
