hi sir i would like to know if the mod chip realy work and if i install modchip in the psp can is stil use it to other psp or do i need to install it permanently ?? is it 1 is to 1? 1 psp 1 modchip?

a modchip is permanent. it's hard as hell to install and you need to solder wires to small points. once installed, you dont take it off. personally, i think psp modchips are useless. it does everything that flashing a firmware does. flashing firmware is free. the only reason to get a mod chip for the psp is if your psp is already bricked.

i need modchip coz my fw is 3.11 i need to downgrade it. can i use flashing to be able to downgrade? if yes how sir? im not familiar with flashing hope you could help me thx
