alright my friend has a pc with windows xp and today he downloaded the latest mcafee virus protection from downloads.com and it started messing everything up so he uninstalled it now when he clicks on anything it says the "the aplication or dll c:/windows/q0fpu0forfjbifpvvfnttg/asappsrv.dll is not a valid windows image please check this against your installation diskette"
