modded xbox360 beeps on startup then freezes

My modded xbox360 with hitachi47dj drive was working perfect until now it beeps once on startup then freezes with or without a game in the drive. Sometimes it gives the 3 red lights but no code. other time it freezes at the xbox green/silver logo screen. Its flashed with maximus garyopa v.2.3 stealth rev.2. It's modded with NME v1.1 modchip. i have not been online since about a month before the banning started so it's not banned. Any idea what could be wrong with it? I only play backups. Any help is appreciated. Just trying to research some opinions before i open it again and try to reflash it. Also does any one know what is the newest flash for unbanned Hitachi drives.

Yeah, it's about to die. The same thing happend to mine after a slight bump from one of my dogs
