It seems like a scam and looks like a scam. Whats the catch?
Ebay entries and forum postings boasting of free XBOX 360s, HDTVs and PS3s immediately set alarm bells ringing. Why would anybody give away £300+ of free hardware? Surely there must be a catch. The truth is there isn?t one if you are a savvy shopper.
Traditional advertising models don?t work anymore. New generations of consumers have grown up to distrust advertising and block out marketing messages if they think they are being sold to. This means advertisers are having to find new and innovative ways of getting eyeballs onto websites. The current method is to bribe consumers with free trials and special offers to persuade them to register for their services.
Over the last year, websites have sprouted up to take advantage of these marketing referral schemes. They get paid for every person they refer and completes an offer which means they can afford to give away a free XBOX 360, Nintendo Wii or PS3 and still make a profit.
If you are a savvy shopper, and prepared to put in a little bit of effort, you can get brand new, expensive equipment for free or for no more than £10.
Advertisers are happy as a certain percentage always forget to cancel their subscription, but there is no guarantee that these marketing schemes will run forever.
So make sure you take advantage whilst you can!

A) You do not have permission to advertise here.

B) You think you are slick by "offering" this great thing yet the referral link is for YOUR benefit.....so you are actually doing it for yourself!

C) You didn't even bother reading the rules...

D) Bye Bye!
