PS2 wont read USB ADVANCE

i made the usb advance cd about three times but no luck my ps2 just wont read the disk and appears up in the red screen sain insert ps2 disk whatz wrong and my ps2 model is scph 70004 and i can play all my chippd games it been modded dunno with wat tho

You will need this:
USBAdvanced package

Just burn the included image.
and use the PC software to transfer games to HD.
