On windows XP could I install Windows Vista Aero or Linux Ubuntu Beryl on my machine without installing the OS If I Can How?

that will give you a 3d desktop just like beryl but i dont think it has any wobbly window effects.

Thanks for the reply Its A aero Gui thingy its really cool if your too poor to afford (or dont want) vista but i love the wobble affect in ubuntu though Oh well

You think Beryl is awesome.... try mixing that with Looking Glass!

They only thing that's "3D" on Vista, is the Flip3D... WHOOOOOOOOOP DEEEEEEEEE DOOOOOOOO.....

Linux has far more powerful and useful 3D desktop software that puts Vista back to the DOS era in usability.
