use imgburn. after you start it up go to mode and select read.
chose your destination, then start the read.
after it is done go to mode and select write then chose the path where you saved the iso and start the burn.

i have better performance 2.4 and 4 then i do with one.
that mainly depends on the quality of your burner, i would try 2.4 first.

it should!
double check and make sure you are in write mode.
as far as which file you choose imgburn will use either one, it will let you know if you pick the wrong file but it will auto select the file you need.

I think you need to go away and do a lot of reading. If you don't know the difference between a cd-r 700mb and a DL DVD+R then you have much to learn. I think the people on this thread have been more than generous in answering your questions so far but you're wasting their time.

the guy is abiously a noob, but come on guys we all had to start somewhere and hed rather get peoples opinions ta read alot of crap which most isnt true.
a cd-r is 700mb and xbox 360 games are 6-8gb so there is no way in hell that it will fit, and normal dvds dont work because ther are 4.7gb so we need to use dual layer disks and verbati DVD+R are the best ones. They are expencive but worth it, buying cheap dual layers is not a good idea because most of them wont work in the 360.
If u r still stuck email me at **email removed by creaky** and ill help u all i can

this is why it wont work. you need to get dual layer DVD+R disk. i use verbatim and ritdata and both work great. sory i didnt see what media you have in your earlyer post, if i had seen it would have saved you some problems. get some dual dvds and yell back at us if you need to, some of us are glad to help.
also, to you wigamscum, you dont need to waist your time with your negetive comment, you didnt try to help so please stay silent until you learn how to help.

We are supposed to help ourselves initially. I was just tryin to encourage this approach. That's the whole point of the guides and the FAQ's. People have spent time creating user guides and an FAQ section. No point having it if we don't encourage people to read up first. Read up, get stuck, then we'll help.
I don't believe much research has been done if someone doesn't know the difference between CD-R & DL DVD+R
Read my post again. It was in no way abusive, it's all about self help. I don't believe in flaming others and don't intend to start now.
