Hi, wondered if someone might be able to help me with unlocking my 6230?

Nokia 6250 (V04.28 24/6/04 RH-12 GSM P1 .1 (c)NMP)
IMEI is 353768006521566
Network: Vodafone
Country: UK

Just to check - I can make calls out but not receive on T-mobile so I assume this is locked?

Hi, thanks for the quick response! Dumba.ss question probably but is this to be entered with or without the new sim installed?

Also, to this point I haven't received any error messages (I see the T Mobile logo on screen) and can call out. Is the phone definitely locked?

I would think the phone is unlocked,if the orginal network is Vodafone and you can see T-Mobile

I tried entering the code anyway and got a message saying 'restriction cannot be removed' - does anyone have any advice?

The restriction just seems to be on receiving calls
