I don't know if it's a bad link or if there's something wrong with my computer but I get a page like this.

Is there another guide like this or another place I can view it?

I get the same page you do. Evidently the address you have isn't to what you think it is. It may have been, and changed to different server, or just closed down the page.

You said a dvd care guide? I've never heard of one. On the jewel case of a cd, it gives care instructions. It would be the same for a dvd. Do a Google search........?
