I've been having alot of spyware problems and when using Norton Systemworks, AVG Anti-Spyware, Spybot Search and destroy, and some online virus scanners they either say it cant be fixed or say that it is fixed but on the next restart in is back. Thanks in Advance for any help.

Hello
From your log, I can see that you have a dialer/downloader; the sources that I use are unclear about which. Let's have you run an online scan.
Please do a scan with Kaspersky's Online Scanner. Press the "Kaspersky Online Scanner" button and Accept the license agreement. You must be using Internet Explorer for this scan to work. When the scan is done, it shall give you the option to produce a log. Please do so, and post the contents of that log in your reply.
Next, as that is the only thing your HijackThis log shows, let's eliminate the possibility of hidden items:
Please download F-Secure BlackLight and save it to your desktop. It will be a file called fsbl.exe. Double-click on this file, and accept the agreement. After that, hit the "Scan" button and let the scanner work away. When it is done and if hidden objects are found, save a log and post it in your reply.
Finally, do a scan with HijackThis and put a checkmark beside the following items:

Write down the following on a piece of paper so you can remember it while you are in Safe Mode:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winepi32.dll
Reboot into Safe Mode:
1. Restart your computer.
2. When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
3. Select the option for Safe Mode using the arrow keys.
4. Then press enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode.
Right-click on the Start Menu and select Explore. This opens up Windows Explorer. Then, open the Control Panel and Folder Options. In the View tab, click on "Show hidden files and folders" and press OK. Then, in Windows Explorer, look for the following file:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winepi32.dll
When you find it, select it. Hold down the Shift key, and press Delete (not Backspace).
Reboot into Normal Mode.

Firstly let me thank you for the help
Secondly
When I try to delete winepi32.dll using shift and delete there is an error deleting it.
Cannot delete winepi32: Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected
and that the file is not currently in use.
F-Secure BlackLight had zero hidden items and I will post the
HijackThis log and Kaspersky log after I boot back to normal mode on my infected computer.

It shows that error in Safe Mode? Use just Safe Mode, not Safe Mode with Networking.
Do my steps in the order listed, it makes my life easier :D

I will retry it and double check that I was in just safe mode, also I did follow your steps in order and just wanted your advice on how to go about deleteing the file before I posted the logs.

Humph. We've got a toughie.
Please download the Killbox to your Desktop. It will make a file called KillBox.exe. In the textbox called "Full path of file to delete" carefully paste the following:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winepi32.dll
Then, place the "bullet" beside Delete on Reboot. Press the "Delete" button (it looks like a stop sign, except with a white "X" instead of "STOP"). Note any errors that you have. The Killbox should reboot your computer; if not, then reboot it manually.
Once done, post another HijackThis log.

Your HijackThis log has Viewpoint Manager, but since that is considered foistware rather than malware and is an optional fix, we will deal with that later.

Let's see... you got rid of the winepi32.dll, which, according to KAV, is a dialer, and KAV is one of the most accurate scanners available. Soo... the last one, which is in your temp folder, is infected with Vundo, apparently. Let's try this:
Please download CCleaner from that website. Note: Do not use the Issues button - this is a built in registry cleaner that can and will seriously harm your system if not used properly. Install it and run it. Again, do not use the Issues tab unless you like formatting! Now, in the Cleaner tab, make sure all checkmarks are checked in everything but Advanced. Then, go to Options > Advanced. Uncheck "Only delete files in Windows temp folder older than 48 hours". Go back to the "Cleaner" tab and hit "Run Cleaner" button. This should clear out your Windows Temp folder.
As an additional precaution, please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.
* Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
* When VundoFix re-opens, click the Scan for Vundo button.
* Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
* You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
* Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
* When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the
Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

I have had ccleaner for a while and never knew that you weren't supposed to fix the issues so thanks for that tip, I ran ccleaner and Vundofix. Vundofix did not find anything so what do you recommend to fix the Vundo.

Please open VundoFix again. Right-click any empty area of the white box in the middle and click the "Add more files?" button. In the window that appears, paste
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\win1A.tmp.exe
and click "Add files". Follow the procedure above.
If all goes well, then we can deal with Viewpoint tomorrow - I'm tired.
