Just took the plunge and ditched my 0.44 Devhook 1.5 and went for 3.40 OE-A -great wininstaller and all games work great -EXCEPT when saving- older games eg. Everybody's gold saves fine but newer ones eg. Crush, Surfsup don't save -any work arounds here ?-nothing too techy please- the wininstaller was just my level..

i have the same problem..i updated my dvhook to customfirmware 3.40 but iim unable to load old save games...

is there anyway to load them using custom firmware?

strange..try to format your memorystick,it could be a bug in 3.40 oe,..maybe you should go down to 3.30OE-A2 i play crush an it saves perfectly

I believe that sony changed the format of saved games in 3.40.
So there must be a way to convert old saved games(games saved 3.30 or below)....to the new format....
