That looks like a
BB5, 6030 RM-225 (01105200) (01112200) ( 01111400) (01112500)
Not doable by any our calculators. Only the original service provider can provide a code to unlock them.

Be careful.
I understand that you only have three chances. If you
hard lock the phone by entering wrong codes, not even
the original provider can unlock it by code.

this code should work but ur in doubt don't use it this is the code i'm getting for ur phone.#pw+344346563275350 +7# Remove SIM CARD !
Type #
Then press the * key 3times (you should get a "p")
Then press the * key 4times (you should get a "w")
Then press the * key 2times (you should get a "+")
Then enter: 344346563275350
Then press the * key 2times(you should get a "+")

SORRY ABOUT THAT I TAUGHT IT WAS THE OLDER MODEL, BRING IT TO A NETWORK PROVIDER AND THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP.

Using caps only is not allowed and the correct phrase would be to "take it to your network provider", not "bring it to", unless you own one in that persons area.
