Oh yeah, heres how u get fw 4.00:
Open up the sfo with pbp-unpacker.
on the PSP_SYSTEM_VER line, change 4.00 to 1.50.
Done!

not what i did.
i have a japanese psp and i live in japan. they just came out with 4.00 here about a week ago!

Woot! A fake! YEAH!.... Look, if your trying to get some attention around here your getting it, but it looks like to me someone is desperate.
Btw, this doesn't even work, it just boots up and doesn't do anything else.
