i have a Nokia 6021(found)unlocked to any network but when i put my t-mobile sim inside and try making a call it just says call rejected or call restricted i cant remember which one but it doesnt let me recieve or make calls. Does anyone know what the problem is???

the peroson that lost the fone might have blocked it by ringing the network
