CRC errors in the second last line not the first 3

ok so i know that you get a lot of errors in the third line and you can change it to dummy but i am getting errors at 1702912 in the second last line the copy line, i cant change this to dummy because it is most of the information.
I never used to get it on my liteon burner but that broke and i got a l-g which i got the errors on now i have a pioneer 112d and i am getting the errors in the same place on most games.

The error is happening at the same spot for the 3 games ive tried so i dont think it's a problem with the dic being scratched or dirty. I really need some help ive been asking around everywhere and i havent found any answers yet.
