PSP CANT READ UMD ANYMORE

My psp was working fine with 3.03oe-c, then i decided to upgrade to 3.40oe-a, that's when the psp unable to read the UMD. Then I downgraded to 1.5 then upgraded to 3.03oe-c, the darn thing still wont read UMD. What is the problem? thx

Go do recovery mode (power up and hold R trigger just incase u dont no :P) and find and disable NO UMD.
