battlefield 2 doesn't work

when i start my game battlefeild 2 works normaly.
all entrence videos are shown.
and afther that comes black screen.
and when i close the game with windows task maneger my screen resolution goes to 800x600 pixels always
can someone tell me how to fix this problem???

Seems like a graphics problem. Is your card supported? If so try upgrading your drivers.
