Hooorayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy it finally worked the DVD burner in the other notebook was the issue. I have been told that you can use a burnt dvd instead of the original source is that possible i aint ever heard of that before.. Wheres the best place to purchase DL 8.5GB silver blank dvd discs i only have purple ones need silver better colour lol. Thx anywayz guys ill be poppin in and out thx all who assisted

google is your friend, plenty of online shops to get your blank dvd's shop for tech supper media store, so on so on, also get good media, don't get that cheep crap
