PSP Not Loading UMDs HELP!

I was using custom firmware 3.30 OE-A but then games didnt work so i decided to go back to 1.50 so I did. For some reason my psp is not loading the UMDs, and it just stays on the sceen w/ the spinning circle in the bottom right corner and i waited for 1 hour and still nothing but everything else works fine expect it cannot load UMDs.

help!
