In order to successfully unlock your model of phone, you need to supply;
IMEI
Network it's currently on (Orange, T-mobile, O2 etc)
Country (UK, USA etc)

Remove the SIM card from the phone.
Type the code
#pw+235 354 066 4+1#
To get "P" or "W" or "+" Press the * Key several times.
Do Not Enter a code like this more than 5 times.

Depending on how many times you have entered a code, depends on what choice you have next.
If you have entered more than 5 codes, your only choice is to go and get the phone unlocked via software (take it to a phone shop). Shouldn't cost a lot.
If you've tried less than 5 times, and are willing to try another code, try this;
Remove the SIM card from the phone.
Type the code
#pw+938 572 267 637 472+7#
To get "P" or "W" or "+" Press the * Key several times.
Do Not Enter a code like this more than 5 times.
This code is generated by a calculator with the information you have supplied me. I am in no way reponsible for the action you take.
EDIT: This is the highest code to unlock your phone. It is possible it can do a master reset.

This still did not work I am just putting my Rogers sim in and entering the code where it says undo restriction that shouldn't make any difference should it.
