Help, how to swap Hitachi 47DJ to Sammy MS25 drive?

Hi all! Can someone please point me to a tutorial on what to do when swapping a Hitachi 47DJ Drive with a Sammy ms25 drive? Much appreciated!

If your using this method to burn games,that's the hard way. You obviously have a flashed 360 drive. The easy way is to buy a samsung SH D162C flashed with Kreon .80. Best bet is ebay. Download Xbox Backup Creator 2.3. http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=556020 Make sure you have a dual layer burner (suggest pioneer)and easily follow the steps for the xbox backup creator. Note:You have to use dual layer dvds (verbatium)

i think dr_roc wants to swap drives. not exactly mod one! just swap!
