Nokia 6230 Restriction Code

Hi... i have a problem with my phone and its asking me to enter a restriction code. i requested for a new tmobile sim (because i still had the old blue sim), so once the new sim came and i put it my phone, it requested for a restriction code.
can you please help me???

i entered the code but it says Phone Restricted (with the flashing stop sign)...what do i do now? please help me?

thanks for the information but i just realised that my phone didnt say "Can Not Undo Restriction" or "Not Allowed"...it just say phone restricted after i typed in the code. so isnt there a way i could get the phone unlocked, please?

for IMEI-355040000933553-UK-T-Mobile- OK.
Verify once more-IMEI-Country-Provider(phone locked to).
And hov many codes did you tryed?

iv tried to enter the code you just gave me twice...however befor i got the code, i called tmobile and they gave me different numbers to try but nothing happened, it just said "code error"...or...should i try the code again but WITHOUT any sim card in it this time?

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)

iv just tried it with a non- acceptable sim, and it still says phone restricted, so i tried it again without any sim and it say "cannot undo restriction"...so i think my best bet is to take it to the shop to get it unlocked...but thanks very much for helping, i appreciate it.
