lmao sry i was jk jkjk. but on dark alex's website there is a firmware 1.50.can i download that and put that on my psp will it work i have 3.11? and if possible how?

Sorry to say this but, it doesnt quite work that way. I think what you were looking at was the "1.50 custom firmware" that enables you to play anything from homebrew, to ISOs without any restriction, but you need to downgrade to firmware 1.00 first. There is a slight problem, there isnt a downgrader for any firmware which is higher than 3.03 at the moment, and you say your psp is running on 3.11, so the only thing you can do is wait for such a downgrader to be released, then you can downgrade.

This question as you can imagine, has been answered about 1000 times over on 100 different forums.

There is nNO downgrade for ANY firmware or PSP above 3.03.

3.10, 3.11, 3.30, 3.40, and 3.50 closed the exploit used by previous downgraders. This means a new exploit must be found before a downgrader will be released. A lot of people over the months have said 'expect one soon'.

Personally, I say expect one 'eventually'. For every hole closed a new one opens up; its a matter of time before one is found.

So to answer your question, no there is not one available. No you cannot use a previous downgrader, no it is unlikely one will come out tomorrow, yes eventually there will be one released; when it is you can 'expect' that it will be posted in about 1000 different places and spread like wildfire through the scene.

There might never even be one released. Why would you need a downgrader if you could just use firmware 1.50?
