Everyone is making the same assumption, that MS think your a public Joe off the street. When infact, people from the media will be playin this game online, along with ppl who work in the industry will be playing it online.

Yes, but people in the media aren't playing with hacked firmware. So they don't have to worry about being banned. However, if you are playing with hacked firmware you are drawing unneeded attention to yourself by playing games before their release dates on line.
yall need to stop cryin about spilled milk and just enjoy the game i think its a good story with mob/comic book horror/love story....if ur gonna play online with a modded box then play at ur own risk and rememebr ppl its a game. And yes theres a region free game and stealth patched game on alot of sites i noticed....But to the ppl who downloaded the game ilegally i hope u buy the game if u really like it..... to help support the developers so we can see simialr or even better gmes like this...
