ok i just got MLB 07 the show and i popped it in the ps3 and the main screen comes up and its saying that it is cacheing disk space and that mumbo jumbo and tell me to wait like 1-2 minutes but i have been waiting over 5 now and nothing is happening

i had the same problem. i even returned the game and got a new one; same problem. i stood the ps3 straight up and the game finally worked. try standing you ps3 up.

thatz crazy if that is the problem and i also found out that it is the problem with the INternet so i'll try standing the PS3 up
