Screwed up my PSP...

I screwed up big time trying to change the XMB...now my screen and icons and font is white the back ground is white...I need the original XMB to flash and make it normal again...I didnt back up like a dummy and also I cant switch between 3.03oe-c to 1.50...help me!!!!!

Yea...at first recovery didnt work...so I just decided to up grade from 3.03oe-c to 3.40oe-a...and it default back to the orginal XMB...thanks guys.
