You really should get a smaller version of that picture. Are you trying to burn God of War 2 directly onto a dual-layered disk and play off that using a mod-chip? If you're using Swap Magic, you must shrink God of War 2 before you can play with it where you can check on how to shrink GoW2 here.

Edit: forgot to add the link.

You need some sort of modification to play backed up games. Since you managed to get into the story, and it froze 25 seconds into the game AND you don't know what Swap Magic is, it sounds like you have a mod-chip installed. You burnt God of War 2 onto a Ridata DVD-R, right? How much room can your Ridata DVD-R hold? 4 gigabytes or what? And how small did you manage to shrink your God of War 2 ISO, 6 something gigabytes like the picture indicates?

yes i do have a modchip installed in the playstation2.thats just commen sence for playing burnt games. THE compressed .ISO file is 532KB and the .MDS file is 9kB which = 8.22KB
THE RIDATA DISC'z are 4.7GB

You'd be surprised how uncommon that sense is.

It doesn't sound like you properly shrunk the files if your ISO size comes out to being that small. What's the actual size of the ISO, which you can check right clicking on the file and looking at it under properties. If you are trying to burn God of War 2 using a standard 4.34 gigabyte DVD, and your ISO size came to about 2 gigabytes, you have an incorrect ISO size of God of War 2 I believe since you might have extracted only from the first layer. What method of shrinking the ISO did you use? Have you done this method?

You didn't answer my previously question. Did you click on the link I linked you and went to the God of War 2 DVD9 to DVD5 tutorial you can check out here in these forums? Here again if you didn't. Have you tried that method? You should try posting in the GOW2 DVD9 to DVD5 thread I linked to you twice if you want a more prompt response and for better assistance doing the compression. And besides, related problems should go under the same thread =P. And posting e-mails is illegal here I believe. What method are you using to compress the DVD9 file. It's a lot different then simply removing a huge dummy file in that 50 cent game that's a DVD9 which someone kindly posted a tutorial to along with Xenosaga and maybe another game too.
