I have the Pioneer 112 and it just crapped out on me after 1 month of use, it's able to read and burn dvd's but no cd's.. I tried updating the firmware with no avail, it seems like a common problem with the 112 from what i've read. Not to discourage anyone from buying the drive, Pioneer makes a great drive and it worked great when it was up and running, i just did an RMA so maybe i'll have better luck with the new drive i receive from Pioneer.. I whish it were the 111D to be honest..

I also use a pioneer 111D which never fails for either films or games. My sony DW22a is also good. I'd reccomend (spelling!) both.

nope just to burn 111d and 112d are good!

but if you want to backup google samsung xbox 360 backup drive! i forgot the name of it! shd something something! llamma.com has them for sale and im sure you will find it on ebay too! you have to flash it with kreon firmware to make it read xbox 360 originals! so that you can make backups!

o yeah on ebay the drives usually come preflashed with kreon!
