After several days of looking and working (to get the bios from my own ps2 and get Kh I & II:FR legally). Is there any ps2 emulator that works at normal speed?

Speed issue is not because of Emulator most Emus run fine and have nice speed. It depend on your PC if you have a high-end PC (Kinda gaming rig,Higher Ram,Graphic cards) you should'nt have any problems playing games but if yours is a Normal PC(decent ram,amd usual ram)
it will run slower also depend on your PCs condition and its processing ability.
However most highend PCs emulate PS2 games as fine as a PS2 it is a fact that PS2 gmaes are BEST PLAYED ON PS2.

The WinRAR extracting says "Next Volume is required", and if I dont have it, It is incomplete

Put it in the same folder as the first and then Run the first part,
