I just downgraded my 2.71 to 1.5 and then upgraded it to 3.40 OE-A.
Everthing is working now.
My question is Which files do I have to delete, because I see the installetion Options on the psp menu ? or should I just reformat the memory card ? Any help...

you can just format the card within the PSP menu and you're good to go.

Yes, the format will create all the necessary folders to use ISO's and play homebrew.

then put the emuators and games in the GAME150 file, and iso's in the ISO folder

PSP Firmware: constantly changing, currently GoldenEye.
