hello guys i have a firmware on my 360 and i am getting another ISP and i heard that testing xbox live does ban your 360 , so i didnt do it , but now im getting a new isp i will need to do it and am worried that im gonna get banned

anyone care to tell me if is true

You're post is a bit vague, it would help if you provided more info:

What firmware do you have?
Have you been on live before?
If you have been on live did you use live before you changed the firmware?

Many with modded firmware have been banned from live but there are also some who haven't. I don't think anyone can be 100% sure on why some are banned and some aren't.

It's recommended by many, that if you have never been near live then you should update to ixtreme firmware before connecting.

oh rite ok , i dont really know wot firmware i have as i got it done my a guy in my area as for connecting on live , im always on it playing on and offline with backups

If you're already a live user then changing your ISP shouldn't make a difference. It's the console which gets banned. MS may be aware of your console already or they may not. Either way no point worryin about it.

No point messin with your firmware either. Leave well alone.
