First off this is my first post so i just wanted to tell everyone hello. Ive browsed the site for awhile now and have received some great information about a great deal of things. I know im behind the times but i just recently found out about swap magic and snes station and all that good stuff. Im still having a few issues but i found the unofficial guide and it might have answered a few questions i had. i just wanted to say thanks for all the hard work that was put into this site and the guide. i could not get the program to work after purchasing dvd-rs instead or dvd+s. I used swap magic and then swapped with a burned dvd that i used following the guidelines in this forum and
as soon as the dvd is insert and i push start it goes to the ps2 browser screen then goes to the "please insert a ps or ps2 format disc" screen. im stumped ive even burned it several times and with different roms. nothing im doing works. any help would be appreciated.

ive tried using Nero and Alcohol 120 ive followed the instructions on the snes station even got a fried to do it from scratch. i use swap magic 3.8 if it makes a difference

I'm talking about putting the ROMS and emulator together. You need to use CD Gen or $ony's CD/DVD Generator to put the stuff together then burn it. Otherwise the ps2 won't recognize it.
